Product Review - Firmoo Full Frame Wrap-Around Plastic Sunglasses

~ Posted on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 5:27 PM ~

I have never own a sunglasses in my life before and that is partly because I've been wearing spectacles since I was like 12 years old? Yes, I do have a couple clip-on sunglasses but those can't be reused when I change spectacles like every few years. So when I came across the opportunity to review a sunglasses, I jumped at the chance! Anyway here goes my review for the "Firmoo Full Frame Wrap-Around Plastic Sunglasses":

Description from the product page:

"Beautifully sculpted and constructed, this is a highly fashionable model of sunglasses for charming ladies. Instead of being round and huge, these fabulous sunglasses have modified oval and small lenses. Fine materials allow lightness, as well as long term wearing. Total weight is only 25 grams with basic lenses. The front arms are decorated with hollowed out pieces, adding modern feelings. They are definitely great choices for all round leisure wear."

 I chose this particular model as I was attracted to its design and color! I am glad I made this choice as the moment I received the item, I just fell in love with it!

I love the full frame wrap-around feature and the cool thing with this sunglasses is it does not have the pads on the nose bridge area, which is the same thing I got for my new spectacles. Nice! No more adjusting and annoying pads on the bridge of my nose!

My only regret with reviewing this sunglasses is I didn't include in my eyesight prescription (which I got few weeks after I emailed my details for the review pitch) else I would have been tremendously happy with this sunglasses!

Anyway, I took the sunglasses to our usual optician shop and have informed the shop to change the lens to a prescribed lens so that I can use it anytime. I'm looking forward to an opportunity to use it during our family outing next time!

Baby Room Review - Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya

~ Posted on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 7:46 AM ~

It has been a while since I blog about my review on baby room. If you are interested in my previous reviews, you can read them at my old blog as well which is at: http://imafulltimemummy.blogspot.com/search/label/baby%20room

I hope you enjoy reading my baby room review as much as I enjoy sneaking in my camera along with my baby and sheepishly taking pictures during the nursing session hehehehe...

When: 09th June 2012

Why: Family outing (to check out this newly opened mall)

MY FEEDBACK

Location: There is proper signage that will lead you to the baby room (the baby room is located next to the toilet so it is pretty easy to find)

Paradigm Mall Kelana Jaya

Facilities: Dustbin, mirror, sink, water dispenser (hot and cold), handwash liquid, towels, 1 diaper changing station, 1 sofas with a curtain to cordon off for breastfeeding mums. I like the comfy diaper changing pad but I feel there should be more than 1 in the room.

Paradigm Mall Kelana Jaya

Comfort Level: The room size is just nice, cosy, not too cold/hot/stuffy, nice setting and comfortable lit. However I'm not comfortable with the overly pink theme of the baby room I went to... (I did noticed another baby room on another floor with blue colored theme but I have no time to venture it to take pictures hahaha)

Product Review & Giveaway - Molecule Classic Congo Cargos

~ Posted on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 12:00 PM ~

I stumbled upon a pitch by Molecule looking for bloggers to review their products and I replied them asking whether they are OK with international bloggers, and yay for me, they are happy to provide me a product of my choice from their website for my review! I immediately check out their products and finally settled on this: "Classic Congo Cargos in Sunset Shadow Grey":

Description from the product page:

"Classic Congo Cargos - you can dress them up AND take them anywhere! Casual cool with a bikini top or tank, yet the smooth straight lines also allow you to top them over with some sparkly wear for a classy after-hours look when it’s hot, hot, hot! These are a slightly looser-than-tight-tight fit, with faux-tortoiseshell plastic logo buttons holding the small side cargo pockets down.

* Sexy & funky short shorts
* Machine Washable, Tumble dry Friendly
* Perfect for Beach and Town
* Double stiched seams for strength
* Double mock-turtleshell logo button pocket closures
* Classic Molecule Logo
* External mock-turtleshell plastic button waist-adjuster
* Plastic logo stud button
* Strong metal zip fly

A button waist adjuster leaves it up to you whether to low-ride or practical-it-up! These have a very very low rise, if you don't have the bum of small boy then get a waist size up from your usual! These are most definitely not for plus-size figures! Please check your hip and waist measurements – the best way of checking fit is to compare the flatbelt and the front/back rise against similar clothes that fit you well."

The reason why I requested to review this cargos is because I desperately needed a new short pants for myself! And I'm so happy I get to review this!!!

To begin with, I love the color I chose which is Sunset Shadow Grey, I find that it's easy to match with my tops or T-shirts which is what I'm usually wearing whenever we go out for our family outing.

I also love their side pockets as well! Such as ingenious idea! By side pockets I meant the cargo pants does not have any front or back pockets like what normal pants has, the Molecule Classic Congo Cargos pockets are located at the sides! I love being able to easily reached into the pockets to take out my stuff instead of needing to stand up to do so!

Next, this is the first time I encountered such creative idea on a clothing item! The cargo pants came with a button waist adjuster, which I can easily adjust the pants if it is too tight or too loose! Awesome!

What can I say about this cargo pants? Look at my happy face! I get excited when I have the chance to go out because that means I can wear the cargo pants! Yay!
