Dinner - Before & After

~ Posted on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 9:20 AM ~

Last year, I wrote about a look back into my home-cooked journey so far. Then shortly before the end of 2014, I wrote a post on my preparation when cooking. Then I thought, "Why not snap a picture of before start cooking and the final results after cooking?"

So, here you go..

Top part of the picture is the ingredients all ready to be cooked on 26th February 2015. From top left (clockwise): Prawns marinated with salt pepper, Sriracha sauce and chili powder, long beans chopped into half inches lengthwise, 3-4 cloves of garlic sliced thinly, a red onion slice thinly, 1 cube tofu chopped into 1/2 inch lengthwise, a cup of oyster sauce + water + salt pepper + sugar, pork sliced thinly marinated with Worchestershire sauce + salt pepper + sugar + cornflour, a cup of water + chili powder + Sriracha sauce

  • Pan-fry pork slices with tofu.

  • Spicy prawns.
