Last year, I wrote about a look back into my home-cooked journey so far. Then shortly before the end of 2014, I wrote a post on my preparation when cooking. Then I thought, "Why not snap a picture of before start cooking and the final results after cooking?"
So, here you go..
Top part of the picture is the ingredients all ready to be cooked on 2nd March 2015. From left (ingredients): Pork slices marinated in sweet soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, onion sliced thinly, 3 cloves of garlic sliced thinly, chicken slices marinated in sweet soy sauce, sugar and baking soda (to tenderise it), mushroom sliced thinly (pre-braised earlier), spinach, a cup of tomato + sugar + water, a cup of water + salt pepper + anchovy base sauce
