Somehow food served in the besi type of bowls looks more tasty (for me)!   Smile Reminds me of my childhood days.

Nice kid menu. I sometime serve food to my boys in those plastic plates and bowls with cartoon character on it. Your menu is really complete in terms of nutrition. Way to go mummy!

Hey Catheryn!
Yes, agree! When we went for our Penang trip and had this chicken rice lunch, they serve everything in those metal plates and cups! Nice! Even the cold drinks are colder! Smile

Hey Aries!
Thank you, but I do realised still lacking in terms of vege! Must improve! Frown

Hi Mummy, your boy with these kind of power breakfast will make him tall, big and strong one day.
Incidentally, ever thought of giving that Scotts emulsion?
My aunty fed her boy, Ben's age.....almost similar breakfast as Ben's....
That boy grew to be real BIG!
Big boned too!
Hi married, but divorced few years back, his two sons, both boys tall, big like the father.

As for me, well, the Japanese had arrived not selling Toyotas, but with guns and swords...
so I was fed more tapioca, soya, padi field field fish and God alone knows what, ha ha.

Somehow survived and first 8 years mother pressed panic button as I was small size.
Then by 11 I started growing, shooting up like Jack and the beanstalk....
by 23 I was 6' 1", tipping scales at 140 pound.
Today? 205 pounds, blame wife's cooking ha ha, but hey! Not fat, evenly spread out, ha ha ha.
Have a nice day.
Lee.

Hi Uncle Lee!
Hah? Not power breakfast lah! I used to give Ben Scott's Emulsion but nowadays lazy Tong Whoooppssss... Guess better restart this habit again! Smile

And I guess since my hubby is big boned and big size (my dad too) and my dad and FIL were both tall, maybe Ben is going to inherit the same big and tall genes! Laughing
